Revision — Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 30, 2026

Revision is an invite-only beta service operated by 216 Productions for sharing video and photo drafts and collecting feedback ("notes") from other members. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

What we collect

Account information. Your name, email address, and the handle and display name you choose for your profile. If you add an avatar, that image as well.

Content you upload. Videos, photos, project titles and descriptions, and the notes, replies, and likes you post.

Sign-in information. If you sign in with Google or Facebook, we receive your name, email address, and basic profile information from that provider so we can create and secure your account. We never receive or store your Google or Facebook password. If you sign in with email, your password is handled by our authentication provider and stored only in hashed form — we never see it in plain text.

Basic technical data. Standard request and error logs needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use it

We use this information only to operate Revision: running your account and membership, storing and delivering your uploads, showing your work and notes to other members, and sending in-service notifications (for example, when someone replies to your note or posts a new version of a project you follow). We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who processes it

Revision runs on service providers that process data on our behalf: Supabase (database and authentication) and Cloudflare (hosting, file storage, and delivery). Share links you create can be viewed by anyone who has the link; they show one version read-only and do not grant membership.

Your choices

You can edit your profile at any time inside the app. To delete your account or your content, or to ask what data we hold about you, contact us at [email protected] and we will take care of it.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and revise the date above.
